Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good old fashion laugh. It lightens your burdens, inspires hope, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert.

The Leaders most influential in my life have been able to lighten a mood or situation through humor thus encouraging laughter.
